During my tenure at Sony Music Entertainment, Data & Analytics, I had the pleasure of with a world-class team that oversaw more than a dozen on-going projects, including the launch and scale of 5 digital products.
In a year and a half, my design team blossomed from a group of 2 to a globally distributed team of 8 that included designers, a data analyst, copywriter, and UX researcher to tackle increasingly complex data-product challenges.
